These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Chaos Clubhouse ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Chaos Clubhouse is a family routine board that helps families organise daily routines, calendars, meals, rewards and related content. We may add, change or remove features over time.
You must be an adult (a parent or carer) to create and manage a family account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Please let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
If you connect a third-party service such as Google Calendar or Apple iCloud Calendar, your use of that service is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policies. We access your connected calendar to display your events on the family board and to sync events you create, edit, or delete in the app back to your calendar, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time from Parent Settings.
We aim to keep the app available and working well, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feature will remain available.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the app and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to the app if these Terms are breached or where necessary to protect the service or its users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
